Pros

Teamwork, good food, sometimes fun depending on who's running shift. Smart techniques, nice people from cooperate, half price food ONLY IF YOU ARE EATING IT THERE, crew members are like a family, etc.

Cons

Although your name may be on the schedule for many days, they tend to send people home early VERY FREQUENTLY no matter how hard you are working. Those in management are not that bad depending on what day and time it is. Let's just say they are absolutely the worst any time its busy. Not a job you would want to come to after a long day, it will only put you in a bad mood. Cookout seems to have new managers every month, which says a lot about the company! Everyone will notice your skills, and "promotion" will still not be given.. You are worked way too hard, without any benefits. If you want to work at a job where you never are given the opportunity to change your position or try to learn other things this is definitely for you. Some days those in management will even send all of the crew members on break whenever they feel like you all aren't working hard enough, for an hour sometimes. Training was pretty good when the store was first opened. I feel bad for those who are hired after the grand opening, you are literally thrown on a position and forced to figure everything out on your own. Depending on the moods of those in management, they may help you out or either send you home. Trainees tend to help out the new employees..
