Pros
Pay is amazing. If you are young and are willing to sell your soul to cookout it is a good job to stack some money
Cons
No work life balance. As a manager you are required a minimum 50 he week but usually looks like 55-60 and can be much more when staffing issues arise. company structure is based off of smoke and lies. They pay you really well and make lots of grand gestures and false promises. This makes you stay because you have to take a pay cut to leave and they always owe you bonuses which you forfeit if you quit or get fired before it’s paid out which is on a delayed system so they always owe you money! They expect us to hire an amazing crew and train them which is a great expectation but then they hire people for your management team you wouldn’t hire as crew! And their training material was just updated and is still archaic. As well as their paperwork system being from the stone ages. They also preach everyone follows the rules and advancement is based off performance and both are complete lies. Everyone is sleeping with everyone and drugged out all the way up to the top! Then the people who work their butt off to follow the rules are constantly harassed over the smallest little discretion by the ones sleeping with coworkers and staff and doing drugs. It’s a crazy world of its own… it’s wild and some of that makes it exciting for young people but sets everyone up for failure. Oh and for insurance for my family it cost $666 every 2 weeks and it still had a high deductible!
