No work/life balance - General Manager Cook Out Employee Review

No work/life balance. Your days off are always split and preceeded by a closing shift. This means you get off between 4-6am and your day off begins at clock out. You have to open the day after your day off so, you either lack sleep or try fitting to sleep cycles in on your day off. Middle management typically are so disconnected from the day to day activities and most have terrible communication skills. They say you can make up to 100k, but have not known any manager who did.
