Super old and outdated (I’m talking DOS) computer systems Can get very boring Slow paced Customers can be very set in their ways and unpleasant Customers get away with anything and everything. If you don’t give them what they want they’ll complain and you’ll have to give it to them anyway. Other retailers do this as well but not every customer, there are limits and situations where customers don’t get what they want. Cosmoprof will ALWAYS give the customers what they want.
