Compen - Store Manager CosmoProf Employee Review

The pay is ridiculous. Managers coming in now being hired at what a 15+ year seasoned manager is currently making. Being micro managed, not being able to qualify for bonuses because our goals are set too high, hours being cut, upper management gets to go to in person events for 4 day summits while store staff has to stay in the store and do 3hrs of videos and then a few days later a 4hr virtual meeting with their boss and other managers and talk about what we watched. Have to borrow toilet paper, paper towels, and other supplies from surrounds stores instead of being able to order for our own store.
