We recognise that some people do work long hours and we want to continue to find ways to prevent this from becoming a regular occurrence. Senior managers hold weekly planning meetings to allocate the spare resource to the areas where it is needed most, and we are discussing ways in which divisions can build in more contingency time to help ease the pressure at busy times.
