Good Company but long hours - Health Economist Costello Medical Employee Review

Thank you for taking the time to review your experience at Costello Medical. It is great to hear that you enjoy many aspects of your role at the company. We have also taken onboard the points for improvement and would encourage you to speak with your line manager, the People team or your Division Head if there are any specifics you wish to feedback. We aim to improve remuneration as and when business conditions allow and this remains one of our highest priorities as we grow. We have undertaken several reviews of remuneration over recent years and most recently awarded all UK employees with a £2,000 cost of living increase. We also recognise that the nature of our work means that there will inevitably be periods of increased workload. However, we hope that these are interspersed with periods of reduced pressure and we would encourage you to speak to us if not. Rest assured that the Leadership and People teams also regularly review timesheet data to identify colleagues who may be working long and unsustainable hours.
