Exciting opportunities, lots of training and supportive colleagues - Analyst Costello Medical Employee Review

I think it's really the people that make Costello a nice place to work. I love the people on my project teams and in my divisions. They are so friendly and supportive and I have learnt so much from them. Even the senior staff make sure they are really available and I don't feel like any question is too small. I think the flat structure helps with that a lot - they aren't scary managers you want to avoid. They are people you enjoy working with much like the people at the same level as you. I enjoy working on really different projects too. I've been able to work across some different divisions and that has meant I can test out which areas of the business are best for me. I joined Costello straight from uni so didn't know this industry at all or which areas I would enjoy the most. It's almost like a grad scheme but on a permanent basis. Costello aren't a company that just focus on profits. Obviously that is important but there is a bit focus on pro bono work and giving back too. It's really enjoyable to work on these projects and know I am using my skills for good. I would definitely recommend working here as it's a great place to keep learning new things and developing your career from the beginning.
