Lots of pressure, not lots of support, dull work - Medical Writer Costello Medical Employee Review

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad to hear that you enjoyed working with your colleagues, and received a good level of support. We recognise that the client-facing nature of our work can be pressured at times, although we very much hope that there are peaks and troughs throughout the year in terms of pressure, workload and working hours. We do our best to monitor this, but also encourage individuals to speak with their line managers if they are feeling too much pressure.
