Great experience - Analyst Costello Medical Employee Review

Thank you for your review of your experience at Costello Medical. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed many aspects of your time at the company. We currently have two projects running in parallel across the areas of career progression and reward; our Head of Talent Strategy, Saoirse Leonard, is currently working on the former. In 2023 we changed our internal promotions process so that applications for promotions can now be submitted on a rolling basis with promotions effective every quarter. Furthermore, we aim to better recognise, celebrate and reward great people in ways that don't just involve promotion; we want to better understand what people want to see us doing with regards to horizontal progression, develop further clarity on the various forms in which career development can take at the company, and we also recently introduced a bespoke 'technical progression route' in our UK Publications team.
