Thank you for sharing your feedback about your experience at Costello Medical. We are pleased to hear that there were many elements that you enjoyed about your role. We conducted a review of all UK salaries in April 2024 which resulted in an increase to all salary bandings. As a result of this review, we saw a significant improvement in satisfaction with salaries with satisfaction rates increasing by 20% in our 2024 Employee Survey. Furthermore, we have introduced a new profit share scheme which means that all colleagues, including those in entry-level positions, can share in the financial success of the company.
