Thank you for sharing your feedback about your time at Costello Medical. We're pleased to hear that you enjoyed collaborating with your colleagues. Thank you for sharing your concerns with micromanaging, too. We strive to balance guidance with autonomy and it is generally an area we perform well in; in our 2024 Employee Survey 79% of respondents were strongly satisfied or satisfied with their levels of autonomy, whilst 15% were somewhat satisfied. The nature of our TechOps/IT team and activities means that compliance, accuracy and alignment are important across our many business-critical processes, which inevitably results in set processes for certain areas to ensure standardisation. That said, we hope that there are opportunities for TechOps colleagues to exercise autonomy and try new ways of working across many of the exciting projects being worked on in parallel, a large number of which have a strong innovation focus.
