1yThank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback about your experience at Costello Medical. We take such feedback seriously as we strive to maintain a supportive workplace for all our colleagues.
We acknowledge that the client-facing nature of our work can result in periods of higher pressure or longer working hours, however this should not be the norm and we recognise the importance of a good work-life balance for all colleagues at Costello Medical. For this reason, we take proactive steps such as monitoring timesheet data, encouraging colleagues to come forward if their workload or hours feel unsustainable, and growing our team to ensure that projects are adequately resourced. Recent employee survey feedback from 2024 suggests that generally colleagues are satisfied in this area; 95% of colleagues in the UK were strongly satisfied, satisfied or somewhat satisfied with the support they receive, whilst 84% were strongly satisfied, satisfied or somewhat satisfied with their wellbeing.
We recognise that we do not get this right all of the time, but I hope that this provides reassurance that it is an area that we both actively monitor and pay attention to as a Leadership team.
