A lot of time spent presenting to senior leadership with not a lot of work actually being done

Hybrid / insurance / summer fridays

The HR department is virtually nonexistent, with very little transparency or communication with employees. There are no bonuses, and morale is extremely low. The company feels like a sinking ship—I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.
