The staff are fun to work with and you dont get that dread to go to work feeling each morning! I find it to be always changing so I do not get bored with the same thing day in day out. Our support from our head office in Montreal is great and always respond to my concerns in a very timely manner.

Cons

I am employed as a temp employee because of the current hiring freeze, the down side is I am not a part of the main organization. I have left my resume posted online with the hopes that one day down the line this hiring freeze will be over. I would love this to be my career. It is a great place to work and is close to home!

The HR department is virtually nonexistent, with very little transparency or communication with employees. There are no bonuses, and morale is extremely low. The company feels like a sinking ship—I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.
