Pros

I used to work with some amazing people but most of them left due to the changes and mounting frustrations.

Cons

Everything is a rush now. Nothing is ever fully vetted. We jump any time someone from leadership has an idea. People's lives get flipped upside down every few months with constant changes while executives keep getting promoted. Those same leaders constantly gossip about people trying to pit people against each other. When unprofessional situations come up no one takes action. One of the many reasons I chose to leave was an unresolved incident that occurred over the summer. An absolute embarrassment given our current social climate. Completely disregarded because some people are held to a different standard. There is a select group of people who are well liked by some executives. If you are not in you are out and you will never get promoted. My advice is to keep your head down and try to get out as soon as you can.

Pros

Hybrid / insurance / summer fridays

Cons

The HR department is virtually nonexistent, with very little transparency or communication with employees. There are no bonuses, and morale is extremely low. The company feels like a sinking ship—I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.
