It's who you know, not what you know. Only "whites" get promoted to management positions. Some upper management are racist. Budget cuts means you doing three/four jobs but still getting one pay check. No appreciation. No bonus or raise. No matter how hard you work, you review will only be average (my manager said that's normal). Rules and polices are not company wide, but targeted for people they do not like (to make you unhappy and leave).
