Pros

Good compensation, nice offices, great benefits, PTO, summer Fridays and a big name on your resume. Because it's such a bloody mess and they are so short staffed, there is good opportunity to learn and work on projects (if you can find the time after having to create endless presentations to update management on why the businesses are declining).

Cons

No training, no onboarding. They do not invest in their brands or their people. It is a bully culture and everyone is stressed out, burnt out and covering their butts from all of the finger-pointing. People are leaving and not being replaced. Round after round of "restructurings," people getting pushed out, everyone expects bad news whenever there is an announcement. No spending of any kind allowed. Very poor communication, which might not be a bad thing because certain "leaders" should not be leading and are not inspiring. They don't pay their bills on time so vendors don't want to work with the company.

We are currently working towards creating a better onboarding and candidate experience including how we promote our internal learning and development opportunities through the Coty Academy which will provide employees with the skills they need to flourish in their career. Cons

The HR department is virtually nonexistent, with very little transparency or communication with employees. There are no bonuses, and morale is extremely low. The company feels like a sinking ship—I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.
