Pros

Coury is very innovative and know the value of taking care of their employees, Social Media/Marketing, Quality Upscale Products, and care about very much about the hotels they own and manage. All of their hotels and restaurants beautifully done and you can see they care about the quality of the furnishings, the food, and the service. They have many hotels in the top 10 of their brand. Paul Coury is a great CEO that connects with his employees and even has a monthly zoom call with all associates!

Cons

I wish they had more hotels for more career advancements but they are growing and making sure all the hotels they manage are a right fit for the Coury Brand.

Honestly, there’s just a huge disconnect between HQ and the hotels. Lack of accountability at HQ.
