Lots of experience with managing many tasks at once. Able to be creative and run with ideas (as long as budget allows).

Cons

Too many responsibilities for one person. No support. Low pay and no opportunities for a pay raise. No work/life balance.

Honestly, there’s just a huge disconnect between HQ and the hotels. Lack of accountability at HQ.
