Cons

Almost always understaffed. Management rarely works weekends if ever. Does not like to answer phone on their off time. Will not pull their weight with hotel or food and beverage outlets.

Honestly, there’s just a huge disconnect between HQ and the hotels. Lack of accountability at HQ.
