This is a company which provides you an environment in which you can thrive and do full justice to your potential.Coviam is big time into new age technologies (like ML, analytics, bots, mobile etc), so if you are a tech driven person, this is the right place for you. another good thing about the company is you do not get judged or evaluated based on your position or seniority. It has a transparent and honest performance oriented culture which facilitates to bring the best out of you. If you are lost or confused, you can always reach out to the founders for guidance. They are experienced campaigners who have built companies in the past. You have an open discussion with them and something positive definitely comes out.
