Excellent work culture and people - Senior Software Engineer Coviam Employee Review

Amazing work environment- really encourages you to think as opposed to giving you a list of things to do. Cool events- had a 24 hour hackathon with music, people playing xbox and coding till late. Gives you an international feel which was an awesome experience for me specially considering I am an international student from Carnegie Mellon. Super friendly and reachable management who are always willing to hear and help you out. The team lead for iOS is like a walking encyclopaedia. Truly cares for employees- Received a macbook pro with upgraded ram in 1 hour of first day along with an employee account and help with setting up bank account. Unreal that I could start working and contributing right from day 1. Workplace feels like you are going somewhere to hangout with people specially given that everyone is in casuals which all the more helps in a relaxed environment as opposed to a stress culture. I really want to stress that the management really cares for its employees. Given that I am an international student the co-founder always checks on me to make sure I am not feeling odd or left out which really makes me feel like a part of the family- amazing stuff.

The only office is in Bangalore. Makes me sad for people in other places who do not have access to such an amazing workplace.
