Very collaborative working environment, I feel comfortable going to leaders within my own function and other functions as well with any questions or advice needed. Great pay/benefits too which is a nice tradeoff for having to be in office four days a week. The management style is also refreshing, there's no micromanaging and seems to be a lot of trust and understanding at least between my manager and I. I've greatly enjoyed my time spent here so far!

There's a lot of work being split between not a lot of people at the moment which can feel overwhelming at times. Four days in office is a con for many people, but the environment is fun at least!

It feels great to work for a company that genuinely helps students achieve their goals while solving a real-world problem. On top of that, leadership is highly focused on innovation—we are actively working on some really exciting AI initiatives and forward-thinking tech projects.
