Pros

lots of training CEU opportunities They really want you to succeed and become a well developed coder They offer work from home for those that want/need it

Cons

Pay is less than many other companies. how they handle pto isn't the greatest. They don't have separate holiday/vacation/sick time. It all comes out of one set of hours you earn over time. Makes it a little hard to keep track of how much you actually have if you want time off. You have to take into account upcoming holidays to make sure you have enough to cover.

Honestly none. The coworkers are nice if you get lucky.

Cons

Zero financial growth: Worked two years with no raises. Hostile culture: Severe toxicity throughout the daily work environment. Active discrimination: Targets anyone who looks or acts differently. Bullying leadership: Management uses intimidation tactics instead of guidance.
