Pros

Training, treated with respect, good pay/benefits, company truck and rewards for good work.

Cons

Rewards are given out company wide and should be given out by each division quarterly. Trucks are not equipped for the geographical areas correctly and suffer a lot of wear and tear that the correct truck could handle better.
