      Pros

      Technology and industry are unique. Site was clean and safety focused. Factory manufacturing team works hard. Bonus if site is profitable.

      Cons

      High Turnover, especially management and engineering. No genuine mentoring whatsoever. Very individualistic competitiveness leading to silos and workplace politics. Little career growth opportunity without very specific qualifications that the company would not train on. Site lacks focus on any specific project and was constantly playing whack a mole.

      Pros

      The people in Nashua are great to work with and everyone really cares about making a fantastic product. The culture of safety and quality are outstanding. Those that I worked with at other sites were all well versed in their areas and most people generally wanted to help move improvements and the business forward.

      Cons

      Upper management within Crane Currency is fractured and doesn't provide clear direction or priorities. Several vice presidents will have initiatives they are driving, requiring work by the same group of people at the site without planning for the resourcing required or adjusting timelines.
