Pros
The people I worked with internally were the best part of working at Crane
Cons
With all of the executive leadership changes over the last 5 years, the morale has really gone down. The company has become incredibly top heavy with too many cooks in the kitchen. Women in positions of power do not want to support other women and bring them up with them. The company expects loyalty from its employees but will throw them away ad the drop of a hat, loyalty is not rewarded in the slightest. Under the previous CEO, he had done a great job of trying to dismantle the boys club, but this current executive team has further contributed to it which has led to mediocre men being able to constantly get promoted. Execs have different WFH policies for different departments and different people, extremely unfair that some teams like technology gets full flexibility meanwhile other teams that also don't need to be in the office are not allowed the same level of flexibility.
