Pros

Smart smart people. Great technology, great product. There is rarely an issue with taking classes, getting a meal, or not being in a crappy hotel when you are on the road. Real Midweste Nice.

Cons

You will be dropped in the deep end, and if you drown, you drown. There seems to be an insider/outsider mentality and some folks are on the outside. Information can be tightly held and not shared even to we who need it.
