The work could be enjoyable if it were not for the constant negativity and terrible attitudes.

Cons

The work environment is completely unprofessional. Constant conflicts erupt over trivial issues, and no one compromises. Domineering personalities dominate, and arrogance and ego suffocate every interaction. The atmosphere is oppressive, draining, and unbearable.

Been here over six years and have grown a lot within the company. Clear goals and standards, good performance is rewarded, creativity is rewarded, The actual work is fun and interesting. Management actually cares about employees and their lives (incredibly helpful when my daughter was in the ICU and I needed special accommodations and understanding).

Cons

High standards, strict deadlines, must meet performance goals.
