With a start-up culture, this company strives to progress with it's employees and look out for them. Like any start-up who aims to build an empire, it has faith in it's employees and their expertise to push themselves harder achieve the vision! It allows open communication and have an easily approachable management team. Fun and friendly environment and lot's of creative space. Birthday celebrations, unlimited vacation policy, team building event, Boba parties and much more!

Pros

Been here over six years and have grown a lot within the company. Clear goals and standards, good performance is rewarded, creativity is rewarded, The actual work is fun and interesting. Management actually cares about employees and their lives (incredibly helpful when my daughter was in the ICU and I needed special accommodations and understanding).

Cons

High standards, strict deadlines, must meet performance goals.
