What he doesn't want you to know is that any attempt at communicating feedback that isn't positive will be received as an attack and you will be lectured for not believing in his family. You've heard of crunch time in the gaming industry? This company is nonstop crunch time. The primary goal is to release content daily even at the expense of quality and the sanity of their employees. They can and will take advantage of your desperate to a) enter the game industry or b) maintain a visa by wringing you for all the energy you have while paying you the bare minimum.
