For those just starting out in their careers, lack of experience is not a barrier to entry. Remote work is possible.

Cons

Embarrassingly unprofessional. Disorganized at every level. HR's incompetence and negligence regularly put the company at risk. Unclear messaging from top, filtered through powerless and under-qualified managers, means no one is ever working toward the same (or any) goal.

Been here over six years and have grown a lot within the company. Clear goals and standards, good performance is rewarded, creativity is rewarded, The actual work is fun and interesting. Management actually cares about employees and their lives (incredibly helpful when my daughter was in the ICU and I needed special accommodations and understanding).

Cons

High standards, strict deadlines, must meet performance goals.
