Learning experience, but lack of work life balance and security - Writer Crazy Maple Studio Employee Review

Been here over six years and have grown a lot within the company. Clear goals and standards, good performance is rewarded, creativity is rewarded, The actual work is fun and interesting. Management actually cares about employees and their lives (incredibly helpful when my daughter was in the ICU and I needed special accommodations and understanding).

High standards, strict deadlines, must meet performance goals.

I guess people were cool
