TBH I feel like the only bad reviews left here are not objective because people who enjoyed working here usually don't leave a comment. Anyway, we made it to the top 1 chart and will keep growing.

Been here over six years and have grown a lot within the company. Clear goals and standards, good performance is rewarded, creativity is rewarded, The actual work is fun and interesting. Management actually cares about employees and their lives (incredibly helpful when my daughter was in the ICU and I needed special accommodations and understanding).

Cons

High standards, strict deadlines, must meet performance goals.
