Things change very quickly. If you are unable to adapt, work can be difficult. Training for new hires could be improved.

Been here over six years and have grown a lot within the company. Clear goals and standards, good performance is rewarded, creativity is rewarded, The actual work is fun and interesting. Management actually cares about employees and their lives (incredibly helpful when my daughter was in the ICU and I needed special accommodations and understanding).

Cons

High standards, strict deadlines, must meet performance goals.
