Pros
Fun and friendly immediate supervisors. Some of the material has potential, but…
Cons
It’s a churn and burn content farm. The amount of material writers are expected to crank out in a week is insane. Luckily there’s no quality control, and work is released to the public full of plot holes, wonky phrasing, and a slew of grammatical errors. There’s very little originality as most of the scripts are just trying to crib off whatever is popular at the moment. If you are hired as a writer, don’t bother trying to do good work or offer any insight. They don’t care. Just crank it out because if you don’t, you’ll be gone before you can blink. They also pay hourly, and if you cannot produce in the time allowed, you’d better lie on your time card and take it on the chin for the unpaid time. Otherwise, you’ll get the boot.
