Cliquey people and culture. You have to pay your efforts very hard to get into the relationship of your team and feel artificial atmosphere. CA is just a white-collar company. 3. Poor managers unexperienced. You will see a lot of less than 3-year experienced staff and juniors or decades experienced people, that means CA doesn't have enough mid-core. There are some managers who don't know how to manage teams because of their poor experience. 2. Probation period. I wanted to quit here at the initial stage but I couldn't because I have to cover the relocation cost if I quit early, I recommend having a right VISA first then come to the UK to work.
