Pros
It's a very relaxed place to work and the workload is really acceptable. It may depend on the project you're on and who your lead is though. Some of the leads can be a bit tough, and I mean generally, not necessarily animation. Overall things are really chill. People are very friendly, work atmosphere is good, the pay is quite ok for a games company.
Cons
There aren't many challenges and personal growth, no opportunities either. The people in charge are here to stay. The tools we're using need a lot of improvement. The company has grown a lot but doesn't realize it yet, which can be good and bad too.
