Pros
- The HR and Corporate staff are incredibly flexible and good to to employees - Yearly bonus - Kind and welcoming atmosphere - Lots of L&D opportunities - If your new to the industry, its a great place to learn and cut your teeth.
Cons
- Directors can be incredibly incompetent and out of their depth when it comes to making games for the digital age... and it forces seniors to pick up a lot of their slack. Many have been at CA for 20 years+ and are stubborn to change. - Serious legacy issues. CA don't get rid of people holding the company back. People are promoted usually based on the length of time they've served not how well they do at their job. - I've know multiple senior members of staff leave in short periods of time or have needed to be signed off for stress.
