-Very stagnated talent, the tech feels 10 years old, things break all the time, they appear to just employ more people to fix the issues rather than go for quality. -Very fixated on short term goals which can lead for stressful development and making things a lot harder in the long run. -Starting to feel very corporate ran with low wages and taking a long time for anything to process and for someone to say 'this is final'. (Get messed around a lot).
