Pros
I have very little negative to say about Credence. Unlike many large defense contractors, Credence doesn't confine employees to a single, narrow role - - you're encouraged to take on a variety of responsibilities and grow across different areas. Leadership, including the CEO, is genuinely approachable, and the company's AI initiatives are consistently compelling. Few places offer the chance to work on projects spanning such diverse impact: helping doctors detect Parkinson's disease, supporting the Army and Air Force's programs, and helping government agencies detect fraud and pass audits successfully. Credence's early move into AI - - well ahead of most competitors - - has given the company a meaningful advantage with many federal agencies. It's a place where you simply won't get bored. And life is too short to do boring things. Credence was one of the few companies that actually hired like mad this year. Many other companies were laying off in the thousands. Stability is very good here.
Cons
All the free food - - - they are trying to make me fat.
