Credence has no SILOS of information it is a very transparent open and collaborative organization. The Company is extremely well lead by a collection of very capable individuals. Unlike many organizations Credence is based on an inverted pyramid structure where the leadership are in place for two purpose: Set the strategic path for the company and support those above them from the Corporate Staff to the Contract Staff at various client sites. Cons
The company is growing therefore it it is difficult to maintain the small feel. The goodness in this fact is that each employee can control his or her capability to insure a small company feel and the Leadership support our efforts to maintain a very close collaborative working relationship. The decentralized nature of contract work makes it difficult for staff outside the DC area to establish and maintain close ties with the company back in DC however Credence conducts constant outreach to all its remotes sites supporting various company functions such as holiday parties, summer family picnics and award ceremonies.
