Pros
Work from home, good pay potential
Cons
It is difficult to know where to start in the Cons section. First off, training would be great it it was more than 2 short days. The training is mostly outdated random material in a google classroom. Training is where the "Cons" start. The CEO and his sidekick, jump in to training and bash current employees and managers and put you on the spot with everything before you are ready and then belittle you for not being ready. if you manage to make it past the two days of training, getting on the phones is horrible. The CEO insists that you bait and switch customers and sign them up unethically. If you are not immediately making sales, you are constantly reprimanded. No one is every doing well enough here and there is nothing that will ever make upper management happy. Apparently, there were two managers before that seemed pretty good and they left the company with no warning or explanation. the new guy is really helpful and organized but it seems like he gets in trouble for actually helping.
