Starting off the hiring and interview process it was very efficient , pleasant and professional. The training was educational ,and motivating .Everyone is super supportive with lots of team work and effort to help you optimize your full potential and performance . This company offers has an amazing system set up for you to be successful whether you are experienced or just starting out . There is room to grow here fast as the company is expanding and there is no limit on how far you want to go and they will help you get there . Upper management is great and they are just really good people that genuinely care about your well being and only want to help you as much as possible to grow with the company. They are very flexible with your schedule and you can choose what hours you can work and schedule . Not to mention the compensation for your hard work will definitely pay off because this company takes care of there employee's with a really nice benefit package included . As a sales rep you will have 5 streams of income that is a phenomenal pay structure unlike you have ever seen .
