Pros

You'll make good money for a couple of months.

Cons

Management & company "culture" is a joke. Unprofessional and rude from the managers to the CEO. They do not care about you OR the customer, and you'll be reminded of that on a regular basis. You'll make decent money for a month or two and once you're strapped in, you'll make half of that if you're lucky. The leads are terrible and unqualified since they are bait and switch. Quality leads are scarce and given to new hires. Top producers are in constant rotation because your sales skills don't matter at this job, it's all about the leads. They give you a sub-par script that was written by inexperienced sales managers and they obligate you to read it verbatim on every call. The top sales people divert from the script and most are lying through their teeth to get the sale. True talent does not last here, specially if you have integrity. Customer service is cringe-worthy and they will ruin a sale if the customer is on the fence after sign up. You'll see it happen time and time again when customers realize their credit has not improved. Half of your customers will not see any major improvements in their credit scores and you'll feel like you are ripping them off (if you have a conscience). This job is for entry level sales people, don't waste your time if you are talented. Good luck!
