Where do I even start.... It is all very disingenuous. A modern day shell game. The entire set up is a huge bait and switch (from recruiting employees to how they get their inbound calls). YOU WILL BE WROTE UP AND CHEWED OUT BY MULTIPLE MANAGERS if you try to be upfront and honest with callers. If you have ethics and morals it will drive you nuts. The results customers get are minimal. In the short time I was there we lost the abilty to take payments via AmEx and Discover because of the high number of chargebacks from customers that were misled. If you have a conscience it will weigh on you heavily and very quickly. The turnover is insane. Now if you on the other hand enjoy being dishonest, under-appreciated, having your pay plan changed constantly, and being talked to like you are a dog then this is the place to be.
