Oh my gosh, where do I even begin? This job has no job security none whatsoever they will fire you for no reason you can go above and beyond and do everything under the sun to maintain a running department and they will fire you with no reason, if you get moved up in the company, cross your fingers close your eyes and run backwards on the treadmill because that’s what it’s going to feel like when you get moved up in this company. There are so many inconsistencies with management with your role with everything. I’d like to say that you’re just a number but you’re not even that a number has more value.. heck if I’m keeping it real Cinderella had gotten more respect from her stepsisters than I did as an employee here. My best advice to anyone who does not heed my warning’s record, EVERYTHING screenshot everything because it’s a hostile work environment and what they say to you one day will change out the next day and if you don’t believe me, go ahead and take your chance to work there. I guarantee you, you will regret it. The hostile work environment and micromanaging is a tactic to push you out, you think reporting it will help, it won’t. They retaliate against you and terminate you, Meanwhile the person who created the hostile work environment keeps their job. Imagine expressing that you can’t afford to lose your job because you reported a hostile work environment and shortly after you’re terminated Benefits? $500 a month. Imagine what a family pays and the company only contributes 1cent. The leads DRASTICALLY Changed and it is the grind of your LIFE to close sales and let’s face it at $31,200, you’re not going to survive off of your base especially if you’re taking benefits from them. So if you enjoy crying because you’re being yelled at because you ask too many questions and an EXTREMELY unprofessional person that is in a position of leadership, yells at you daily for it and if you enjoy being lied to by operation management about earning potential and you like the fluctuation of a commission structure that changes multiple times a month, by all means this is the job for you. Extremely high turnover rate and they blatantly ignore you when you call after you’ve been terminated. So imagine having bills and a family and expecting being able to get logged into work and realize that you are locked out of everything. No write ups given. No infractions, no communication or reason as to why you were fired. Just terminated. Trust me when I say you can do better but by all means, find out for yourself.
