Great work life balance - overtime opportunity and day and evening shifts. Management team is top notch, supportive, they know the business, great coaches, positive attitudes and outlooks, always keep you in the know, discreet and professional, pleasantly competitive more importantly the management team is supportive of each other, their employees and they believe in the business and the environment is one that you can't help but flourish in. I have had no bad days the entire time working at this company everyone is positive supportive and wants to see you succeed even when there is friendly competition. I've seen awesome agents get promoted to even more awesome managers, the opportunities are endless.
Cons
I haven't experienced any down sides of working at credit glory which is highly unusual for a company, I feel blessed.
