Pros
So many false reviews!! In 20 years of phone work, I have never worked for a company that had so many great perks. Great pay, Great hours, Great training, Great management, Great opportunity to grow, Great platforms to do the job and interact with our colleagues, BASE + NO CAP COMMISSION, morning and nights shifts, 100% remote, helping people is the best part of my job!!! I don't know about you, But I love nothing more being able to come to work and change people lives every day. I am not writing this for no other reason than letting everyone know that I am here NOW, I am not the top in the company that everyone says gets all the good stuff lol. Nope I am an average representative here to tell you THIS IS A GREAT OPPORTUNITY!!! Thankfully, I didn't listen to the bad reviews and took the position! PS... this is not a scam either, that people are saying. I have watched so many clients be able to buy that house or car they was trying to get into for so long until WE STEPPED IN AND HELPED THEM!!

I wouldn't consider this a con but If I could change anything it would be to add some planned events and have like a red carpet, white gala, etc... Trips maybe lol
